Radford and Adams designs are common in steel in Australia. I have sailed on
35 and 40 ft examples
Some are called "Radford-Adams" designs. One 50' boat has done well in
Melbourne Osaka 2 handed races.
 
They are very good sailing boats and well suited to rough conditions of
Southern Australian waters.
The have good lateral stability and are better sailers than the other common
designs here by Roberts.
 
Radford designs can be purchased with Cad files ready for machine cutout of
steel. and there are ready cut out steel kit available.
