What a wonderful xperience you have had! Tell lme about the waters near Lisbon and how it was to sail/live in the Azores--very rough? Storms? Clear water? People, climate, culture? I imagine Lisbon would get a lot of storms from the North Sea and get cold. Tell me more!
If you come to Houston, Texas, you can sail in Galveston Bay with us!

40ft wooden Ketch (which he had bought in 1974 and sold in 1981). About 2
years later he bought me an optimist, and in 1981 I joined a local Sailing

couple of years after moved to the Laser. I also made a few races in Snipes,

cat 16 or on Vaurien in the Azores, where I lived for 6 lovely years.
I moved back to Lisbon in January 1999, and I have been sailing on my
father's Raquero and on my Laser.
I am now seeking for cruising experience in the few sailing clubs that teach
"cruise sailing" in Lisbon and, from this list I expect to learn a lot more
on a theoric level, as much as meeting a lot of different people.
My medium/short time goal is to move back to the Azores and live there with
my future sailing boat!
I also have interests on spearfishing, Scuba Diving, music, airplanes (I am
a pilot) and nice times!!!
