Thanks for everyone's input about internet access providers with overseas
access. I have decided to go with Earthlink. They have an overseas access
number network in many countries, though not as extensive as AOL and
AT&T. I ruled out AT&T because their overseas access pricing was too
expensive. I ruled out AOL because of the peculiarities associated with
their software and capabilities. Incidently, for those interested, my new
address will shortly be dwsterrett@XXX.XXX I will still be using my
current address, sterrett@XXX.XXX
