Glad to see the subject raised ... I have the same question.
I recently subscribed to AOL (I have a hotmail account as well) on the
assumption it would give the best international dial in service (and it has
a reputation (in the UK) for being the easiest to contact.
However it does not seem to support attachments ... even in WORD
... anyone got more experience or ways round the problem (their customer
support is very unhelpful on the subject)
