I'd like to add another bilge pump to the boat. When I look in Defender I
see a couple of Johnson's that caught my eye (price) versus the Rules. Would
    you opt for Rule?

I'd prefer automatic (have never set up one with a switch myself though I
    can follow instructions quite well)
    Submersible.
2000 gph would be great (or thereabouts)

Is there anything that leaps to your mind that I should know.
Budget $200. I would not be adverse to spending less $$, or even a bit more.

[Also have aboard one water pressure pump (gift from a guy who replaced his
when it stopped/probably a pressure switch adjustment will get it going/12
volts) plus one manual Whale Gusher (the one for heads) and a spare
diaphragm pump that runs off electric.]
