We've had a variety of work done at Tidewater in Baltimore (there are a bunch of Tidewaters on the Bay, but here's their website: http://www.tysc.com/) They have a 75 ton lift, and they are truly a professional bunch so I would suspect that they would be able to do whatever you need them to do. As their website claims, they have no tiki bars, just good service. All of the work they've done for us has been first rate at fair prices. I don't know what they would charge for the lift in comparison to the one in Georgetown.
Also, I believe that the rule about keeping your boat in one state or another is that as long as the boat is being serviced in some way, it doesn't count. Don't quote me on that, but perhaps someone else on the list can verify.
By the way, Tidewater in Baltimore usually ALSO has the very best fuel prices. Their fuel dock is next to Domino Sugar.
