A friend wants to temporarily install a depth finder transducer on the inside of his hull.? He is planning on replacing it later with thru hull transducer and using the old transducer to a dingy.? Any ideas on what to use to temporarily attach the transducer to the inside of the hull? A silicone perhaps?
