i run SeaClear II on my laptop with the maptech freecharts, using a delorme
USB gps. SeaClear is amateurish and has an un intuitive interface ... but
it's free!
a better choice woudl be the maptech navigator software, which i have for
planning, but it's uncompatible with the delorme...
