According to the 3rd. edition of "Powerboat Guide", the Gulfstar 43 Trawler
has a semi-displacement hull.
Quote,"a light boat for her size, she'll cruise economically at 9 knots and
reach a top speed of 11-12 knots with 130 hp Perkins diesels.
