Skinwalker has an electric fuel pump added with the polisher. Here is my
story and I am sticking too it.
Last week while passing through the narrows of the Rock Pile near Myrtle
Beach, both of our Lehman 120 engines sputtered to a sudden stop. I found the
problem, (quickly, very quickly) made it right and then proceeded to bleed the
engines with the pressure from the electric pump. It took approximately five
seconds to crack the two bolts on the injector pump and about 20 seconds for
the fuel to push all the air out from the primary and secondary filters, all
the lines and the injector pump then another 10 seconds to tighten the bolts
quickly wipe down the spilled fuel. Repeated on second engine. In less then
2 minutes after taking care of the cause we had the engines running. This as
opposed to an hour previously with the silly thumb pump.
Get an electric fuel pump. you will like it. It will allow you to look and
feel like a hero.
But that was just my point of view while floating in the Rock Pile. Your
mileage may be much better.
