I don't know if Dometic still makes them but you might check a Master Distributor for you area at www.dometicsanitation.com.
You can use a small baby bottle brush, a tongue depressor, or a finger with disposable vinyl glove. Be?careful to hold the petal down as the ball can pinch pretty good. All you are accomplishing is keeping any debris from adhering to the bottom of the seal where the ball slides across in closing.
