The double pullies that American Deisel sells mount on the crank shaft only. The new belts do not use the water pump. The double belts will go only to an auxillary alternator that will mount on or near the right hand forward motor mount. There you can mount a large frame alternator. You might even mount one on each engine. You'd still have the 2 100 ampers.
A heads up on Balmar regs. You do not need a centerfeilder. You can use 1 reg to regulate 2 similar alternators by changing the fuse to 15 amps. Saves the price of a reg and the CF. $500 maybe. If you run for a long period on 1 engine you should disable the feild wire to the non running alternator.
