Here's what I did. I got a mini plumber's friend, threw the handle away, cut
a small hole in the center where the handle went and hose clamped a female
hose end mender to the flange around where the handle screwed in. You are
making a small trumpet looking apparatus with whence to shoot water through.
Attach that assembly to the male threads of a water hose nozzle so you can shoot
bursts of water pressure into the bowl opening.
Turn off water supply and somehow drain the water from the bowl and then
turn the pump on. Place the plumber's friend assembly tightly over the hole and,
holding the pedal down with your left knee, shoot bursts of water through
the bottom of the toilet. Keep doing this until the water starts flowing
through the bowl bottom Sometimes it takes awhile and sometimes you need a towel
around the plumber's friend to keep you from getting wet. This won't work
unless the pump is pumping while you're doing this.
