    REPLY
    Use a Form C double pole relay. The one circuit is for the Bell. Wire the
    normally closed circuit in series with the bell.

    the other pole ( circuit) is used to latch the relay in th eenergizzed
    position.
    A momentary push button momentarily enrgizes the coil. When the NO contact
    closes it feed power back to th ecoil thus latchign it open. Meanwhiel the
    NC contacts breaks the bel circuit when relay is enrgized.

    Remove power and relay drops out. That restores bell circuit and drop out
    the coil holding circuit.
