I want to purchase a monitor that I can see in the pilot house. The laptop
screen is not very good in the bright sunlight. Is there a "rule of thumb" re
contract and brightness. For example is 100:1 contrast OK with 300 cd/square
meter OK or do I need higher contrast ratio. What is more important
brightness or contrast ratio.
