Due to a saltwater drip from the wet exhaust, the motor for my Simrad RPU-80 pump has become very rusty. While still operational, its just a matter of time. I have no need to replace the entire pump and motor at a cost of close to $1,000. I only need the fractional DC motor only.
Motor is made by Fracmo (UK), but I am unable to locate the motor only here in the US. I have only found the RPU-80 pump assembly at the high cost. Can anyone suggest a path to the replacement of the motor only.
Thanks,
