23 year old President 41 with a problem pumping out the holding tank. Checked and repaired leaks in pumpout hoses and still have the problem. I can get to a part of the top of the tank and this is the same end as the discharge hose. I think that the problem is a possible clogged tank? Should I cut a hole in the top of the tank and clear the line? Or what? Any ideas short of replacing the tank. Thanks
