    I agree that it should not cycle. I installed mine and can hear the
    vacuum pump in the salon when the head is flushed but have only once
    heard it cycle on it's own. I found that it was sucking the water out
    of the bowl because of some debris on the seal at the flush valve.

    says this meets factory specs. Seams unreasonable. Any opinions on
