We have two VacuFlush heads onboard Irish Ayes, and they do not cycle at
all. I did have your problem two different times in the past though. The
first time is was the Duckbill Valves. The second time it was the pressure
switch located on the top of the vacuum tank. Here's what you need to do.

    1. Tighten all the hose clamps to ensure you don't have a simple air leak
    at a hose connection.

    2. Change out your duckbill valves. Not a hard job, but wear rubber gloves
and make sure your holding tank is empty before you start. Also, have
wooden tapered plugs of the proper size to plug the hoses you take off as
    you change the duck bills.

    3. If the problem is not solved by this time, replace the pressure switch
    in the vacuum tank.
