    My vacuflush will hold a vacuum for a week or more if you turn it off and let
    it sit. If the bowl is holding water then you might want to take a look at
    this.
    The time I did have a leak it was on the vacuum tank where the discharge of
    the toilet goes into the vacuum tank. The 90 degree PVC elbow that connects to
    the sanitation hose and inserts into the tank is sealed with a rubber grommet
    that is in the vacuum tank wall. This grommet is supposed to have a thin film
    of water proof grease applied to it before inserting the PVC fitting in it.
    Mine was dry either from age or the installer skipped this step.
