    I've had and installed several of these systems. I've never seen any "spec"
    that says it should or could cycle. There is no reason for any cycling other
    than a leak. If water goes away from the bowl, its in the seal right there
    at the ball valve. If it cycles with water still standing in the bowl, the
    leak is elsewhere. If you had it profesionally installed, they need to find
    it.
