I have "heard" of a boat yard on the east side of the state that stores
boats on the hard, and they have so designed their storage yard that they
consider it hurricane proof, TO THE POINT THAT THEY WILL COVER ANY HURRICANE DAMAGE
TO THE BOAT WHEN IT'S STORED THERE. Has anyone heard anything bout this? I
think the place is up the St. John's River, but am not sure.
Admittedly this may have been a figment of my imagination, but where better
to go for an answer than here.
