    C.Marine,

I like you am having a hard time with the explanations of what our boats are.
I use the the "if it walks like a duck , talks like a duck, and sounds like a
duck, it must be a duck!

We live aboard a 42' Hershine that is a semi displacement 9kt hull speed, 3
gph on 1 engine, aft cabin, sun deck, BOAT, (break out another thousand.) that
the Admiral calls a "TRAWLER" and I for one do not plan on picking that fight
to try and change her mind.

My boat does not have a hold for fish nor can it pull in pots. It can take us
to another Yacht Club for a weekend cruise out, or a night on the hook at
Treasure Island, or even make it back to Ohio on our on bottom to do the
"Great Loop". Is it a "TRAWLER?

I guess it is all in your point of view.

    Phil & Sally Reynolds
The Sally Ann 42' Hershine SDMY
    Ballena Isl, Alameda Ca.
