I have owned a Watertender 9.4 for three years now. It is nothing fancy but
like it fine, and carry it on my Camano's swim platform. Mine is powered by a
2 HP Honda 4 stroke which powers it adequately for short runs I have never
measured the speed but imagine with 2 persons onboard it will travel 6-8 MPH.
I believe it is rated for 4 or 5 HP.
It is surprisingly rugged and has served as a "fender" a few times with only
    minor scratches.
if you have any questions let me know.
