Hi Mike -
I feel your pain, for in my former life I had to be familiar with these
titles as well. Like you, all we had were books. But now we have eCFR online and
it has a simple search feature. This is great because by simply entering the
title, 33 for Navigation and or Title 46 for Shipping, and a couple of
keywords, you get a page of links showing excerpts so you can pick out the right
one for your needs. It's rally neat!
