This makes perfect sense to me. My trawler is located at Punta Gorda, Fl. They got clobbered a couple years ago. So my rates should go down because that location is now "UNDERdue" for a hurricane - right ?

This is great news for all of us in Florida !

New York boaters, at least those living in Long Island or boating on Long
Island Sound, may soon be paying Florida insurance rates. Tonight's news
broadcast reported that State Farm Insurance is not renewing home and boat
    coverage
for Long Island because the area is "overdue" for a hurricane. Other insurance
companies may follow suit. Say it isn't so.
