    Hi Greg -

Suggest you buy "Cruising Guide to the Leeward Islands" by Chris Doyle. It
has all of what you seek.

You must get away from Jolly Harbour and go to English Harbour to visit
Nelson's Dockyard. Dress like a yachtie rather than a tourist and take public
transport or a taxi. Walk around to the right of the entrance to the Dockyard
on the road, looking like you are going to your boat, in order to avoid the
entrance fee that folks on tours will pay. Arrive in time for lunch at the Inn
(in the Dockyard), or have lunch at the Yacht Club in Falmouth (known locally
as Foul-mouth) Harbour. Watch the sunset from Shirley Heights and have
    dinner at Abra Cadabra.

As in all the islands, be sure to say "Good morning" or "Good day" etc. as
appropriate before beginning any kind of conversation or when boarding a bus.
    It's considered impolite not to.

Enjoy, and be happy you don't have to clear your yacht with Customs in
    Antigua!

    Regards,

    John

    > Looks like we will be going to Antigua for a short vacation in two weeks.
Anyone have any recommendations of attractions, restaurants, entertainment
etc. We will be at the Jolly Beach resort. 3 to 4 1/2 stars depending on
which site you visit. All inclusive including house brands so that should
smooth out any bumps. Input appreciated.
