I came up with very similar numbers to Pascals. I too am a full time livaboard but just starting my 3rd year. I replaced my shurflow (who knows how long installed) about 1 year ago so don't have good data for life expectancy but if my pump lasts 3 years I will be satisfied. I do not have an accumulator in my system either so my pump cycles many times while drawing water.
I think in addition to cycle count for diaphram use would be age so I would read warranty on this as: 1200 hours OR 3 years...which ever occurs first.
