T&T: FW: 24V starter, 12V house bank - Ugh!

    Yea, well, I didn't spec out the voltage, and they chose 24 volt...my
    bad...I just am always thinking 12v and didn't think otherwise. There is a
    12v starter for the engine, and I might run a proposal by Mich Cat, but not
    sure what they'll charge for restocking...Anyway, if I can properly charge
    the 24v starting back, I have the room for the 4 or 8D batteries, and the
    oomph may be an advantage. Just wasn't sure how to handle the charging
    system...getting a lot of suggestions from the listserv.

    The boat sits in Torresen's yard in Muskegon, so I'll look up the device you
    recommend considering.
