So sorry to hear about this....Did you have a water line from the dock
connected aboard? You must find the source as this did not happen without a
    reason .

I'd rinse everything with fresh water and remove the starters and
    alternators...ASAP...ASAP>ASAP!!! that can't be overemphaszied....
     Were the batteries above water?
Put starters/alternators in pails of fresh water, alternators too if wet with
salt water....disassemble and let dry either in a warm oven at perhaps 120
degrees or blow dry with a hair dryer....spray with a water dispersant....even
WD 40.....rinse and dry anyway you can think of....

For the trannies....oil floats so water will be at the bottom...drain from
underneath drain hole....refill when ready with clean oil, run, and drain
again..inspect the oil..if milky or water is present..drain again til oil is
    just oil no water....
wateritself often doesn't hurt electrical parts much...salt will destroy
anything....run engines and trannies and change oil...the sooner the better...
believe it or not, you starters may be ok....solid state components in
alternators may not fare so well...best of luck....
