I like Sherwin Williams Tile Clad II (now called Tile Clad LVC or something
like that, for low volatile component). It's a 2-part epoxy, available in
gloss or Eggshell. The eggshell is a little "lumpy", and makes a great
covering on less-than perfect substrates. It's a thick paint that gives
excellent one-coat coverage if you apply it heavily (as directed). The
solvents in it are strong and stinky, so I can't recommend using it inside
if you are living aboard at the time, but it's bonding is tenacious, and it
cleans up easily for many years. I last bought some around 4 years ago,
when I paid about $45 a gallon. Call your local Sherwin Williams store for
    more info.
