The boat is already in the US. Since it was built in Canada, there is no
duty due (NAFTA). Customs form 1300 will most likely have to be filed by
the new owner, unless a broker is employed which is a lot more expensive.
To use form 1300 the owner has to file it in person, not by fax or using
an agent.
