T&T: vacuum gauges

    I installed a vacuum gauge marketed by Racor, it works fine and can be
    remote mounted following their guidelines. I have also seen a similar gauge which
    has a pointer which stays at the highest vacuum the gauge sees until you
    reset it to zero by hand, similar to some dial thermometers, This way you can
    check it while the engine is not running and still see what the max vacuum was.
    I don't recall now the name of the manufacturer but I saw it on display at
    the Stuart FL boat show last year. An online search will probably find it.
