    As I said, it will be very interesting to see what a court gives them. It
    wouldn't amount to a hill of beans it I were judge. You also have to risk
    something to get a big reward, and they did not.

    Under the concept of "salvage" what they did constitutes salvage and they
    are "salvors."

    This concept comes from the thinking that if not reported the vessel could
    be struck by a ship at night and destroyed; therefore reporting it
    constitutes "salvage."
