You may have to email Al Golden direct to get his response.

I have been working with Al Golden (unsuccessfully so far) to find a good,
high, deductible, health insurance for cruising outside the US willing to
underwrite some health issues. In any event, his last response to me
indicated that he would be away for about 3 weeks, so I would not to expect
to hear from him on this list for a while.

Although it may seem to some that he threw a verbal hand grenade (on this
list) and then disappeared, I think he is really away on a previously
planned excursion. Hopefully, later in November, he will be back helping
me and educating us about the inside view of insurance.
