Pure Ayre Odor Eliminator. It truly works wonders! Check it out at:

I too very much recommend the Pureayre. When we bought our wee trawler, the
head very much had a "boat head odor". The PO had kept the head window open
to keep the odor at bay. After checking hoses for permentation (they were
good) and scrubbing every surface in the head to no avail, I checked behind
access panels, and discovered that a PO before the last PO had a macerator
hose blow behind the panels. After scraping off the half inch layer adhering
to everything back there, and scrubbing with Murphy's Oil soap, the liberal
application of Pureayre made the odor go away, and stay away. It was
dismaying to find this mess had NOT been cleaned up whilst it was fresh.
