Fellow Trawlerers - We have one stripe on Seahawk that is tape. The tape is 1 inch. Since
over the years the tape has weathered I am going to replace.

I've just received a 150 foot roll of 3M's best from my son in law the NAPA god, so the next
question is : " What is the correct technique?"

Do I lay the tape "naturally" or do I stretch a little? Is there a technique? Each stripe is about 40 feet.
