    Greg - This may have been suggested before but why don't you try another
    dock box outlet location. Maybe even slide around to another finger
    entirely that would be fed via a different distribution line. That quite
    possibly will let you know immediately if the problem is your dock box
    outlet or the boat without very much hassle.
