I had similar good service about 5 minutes ago. I had placed an internet
order last night and received a message that it did not go through. I
re-did the order and it went through. I received a call from a very
pleasant customer service rep this morning asking whether I really
wanted 2 of the same item since I had ordered them separately (this was
the tip-off to her). She gladly deleted one of the orders and wished me
a happy holiday. Most places would not have given the oddity of 2 same
but separate orders a thought and would have just accepted the
additional revenue. I have had nothing but great experiences (many) with
Defender. No affiliation......
