We have all experienced both good and bad customer service from various companies. Have any of you ever taken the time and written to the head office about your experience, both good or bad?
I have on occasion, although I must admit it has been more if the service was terrible than if it was good. But I think letting the CEO, or who ever it is up the chain that reads these things, know you appreciate the great service you got thru one of their stores can't hurt the continuation of that service.
Not really an important issue, but we all like to get a positive stroke every once in a while.
