    Once you get the anchor to set, it's generally the fluke area that determines
    the holding power. So a larger sized aluminum anchor would be better. On the
    other hand, the weight of the steel anchor (and it's smaller fluke size) would
    enable it to set easier. Just like everything else in the world, it's a
    compromise. Why not get one of each?
