I can't say for certain; it's simply heresay from someone in the industry
(not Arild, BTW). Sorry I didn't make that clear. You'll understand I can't
divulge just who.

Xantrex is a publicly traded company, listed on the Toronto exchange. I
read the results of their Q1 conference call, and scoured the news for
any tidbits about the stock (XTX). I could find absolutely no
indication that they've been acquired. Although they announced in May
that two directors were stepping down, and the board has been downsized
to six. So: How do you know?
Inquiring minds want to know. Especially those of us with an investment
in Xantrex products.
