    Attention all
Sometimes we need to do something positive. Therefore I would like to do a
serious recomm about the Tidewater Yacht Yard in Baltimore or rather Port
Covington. They did the repair on our boat and to the very best. The yard
manager was extremely helpful and accomodating. They are not cheap but they do
a superb job and on time. How often does that happen? Now here I may be
stepping on toes but I had an encredible experience today. I wanted to do some
special wiring of my chartplotter to laptop and to autopilot. Well I got into
trouble and finally called tech support at Simrad. What an experiance that
was. We were on the phone for almost an hour. The teck specialist walked me
through the setup and wiring as I was doing the work. No hurries; no worries
etc....... I felt like I was the most important person in the world at that
time! How often does that happen?
