My RPH trawler is currently in the yard being commissioned. Part of that commissioning is installing the 1000 pound capacity davit on the flybridge. The flybridge sole was reinforced during manufacturing and the cable was run. Installation consists of bolting in place and hooking it up.
Yard estimated 60 hours to install. This seems excessive to me. Anyone have any experience with this type of installation?
