Hello,
I have an older three line, dual helm capilano hydraulic steering system.
This past weekend I noticed some hydraulic fluid on the deck under the pump
on the upper helm. I Did not have time to check this out in detail yet, but
will do so next weekend. In the meantime, does anyone have any comment on
what might cause the leak and where it might be coming from. The pump is
installed with a vertical shaft and it is at the highest level in the
system. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
