OK. So. If the stainless steel is sealed off from
the source of oxygen then 'rust' will occur.
Seems a little weird to me. If there is NO oxygen
how can rust occur?
After all, 'RUST' is the result of the
combination of IRON AND OXYGEN!
Did you not just propose a premise whereby there
was NO OXYGEN?
The whole process seems to be more ART than
science.
