I believe Meridian is the new name for Bayliner, so to speak. The story I
heard is the Bayliner brand name had to poor a reputation to salvage, so
they changed the name to Meridian.
If that's true, I'd do a lot of homework as it relates to the quality of the
craft. I can't speak to their current quality or value. Does the price seem
low for the size of the craft? Maybe the marketplace is telling you
something. Hopefully this won't turn into another Bayliner bashing thread.
