NOAA does not have a voice or data weather broadcasting system on HF SSB.
The USCG has several HF SSB stations, which transmit the High Seas
Forecasts created by NOAA, in voice and by data, their transmitters also
handle the Weather Fax broadcasts.
Pt. Reys California is the site of the transmitting equipment on the US
West coast.
