Ahoy Kevin, Yes, I have, & yes those were the 4 accidents, there could
be more. (locally here St Augustine, A Shrimp Trawler mis-judged the tide,
capsized at the inlet) .
I'm concerned what is the cause in the increase in these accidents of these
professionals. Even in the construction industry we hear: "A crane
topples, A bulldozer rams, A Bus falls from interstate & A Tractor Trailer collides
into abbutment, no brake marks. (This just 10 miles from me)
Where were these guys during training.
