In a message dated 3/25/2007 6:04:53 P.M. Eastern Daylight Time,

I highly recommend a reading of that report, available at the NTSB at
    _www.ntsb.gov/publictn/1997/MAR9701.htm_
    (http://www.ntsb.gov/publictn/1997/MAR9701.htm)

Ahoy Kevin, Yes, I have, & yes those were the 4 accidents, there could
be more. (locally here St Augustine, A Shrimp Trawler mis-judged the tide,
    capsized at the inlet) .

I'm concerned what is the cause in the increase in these accidents of these
professionals. Even in the construction industry we hear: "A crane
topples, A bulldozer rams, A Bus falls from interstate & A Tractor Trailer collides
into abbutment, no brake marks. (This just 10 miles from me)

Where were these guys during training.

    Again, JMHO

    Capt Joe
