Ron, you can't do it with "properties" you have to use an attribute
changer. I use a free one called (of all things) "Attribute Changer."

You can read the review at the same site. I've been using this program
for years - it works well, and it's FREE!
If you're working with your digital photos, you might also be in the
market for a file renamer. I use it to rename all the digital photos so
they have the same name (year-month-date), with a sequential number in
batch mode, then individually add the location, etc. The one I use is
also free. Find it at http://www.fauland.com/ called A.F. Rename Your
Files (in the upper right corner). Also, free!
